Experience
Anthony (Tony) Kane is one of the original members of the firm. His diverse litigation practice has afforded him the opportunity to represent clients throughout the Midwest. Tony’s practice area includes fire litigation, arson/fraud defense, subrogation, insurance coverage issues, construction law, long term care facility defense, and aviation law.
Tony is a panel attorney for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) and was an Adjunct Professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Tony currently serves on the Board of Directors for Holy Family Catholic High School located in Victoria, Minnesota.

Tony has been asked to speak on a variety of topics by the Twin Cities Claims Association, Northwest Loss Association, Aging Services of Minnesota, Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, and by various organizations conducting seminars on fire litigation and subrogation.
Personal
Tony enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. He is a Commercial Pilot with over 1,600 flight hours as well as a Certified Flight Instructor/Instrument/Multi-Engine.
